Mortgage rates seem to be in a very tight range FHA and Conventional loans seem to adjust only .125 up or down each day. All "final" rates are determined by lock window, loan amount. For conventional loans, scores and LTV also may affect rate-FHA loans are NOT affected by score or ltv.
